Asbestos, Lead, and Mold sampling is necessary to be in compliance and eliminate liability if materials are planned to be disturbed OR any materials in the building are damaged before any occupancy for worker protection.
ASBESTOS SAMPLING
Asbestos is regulated under Proposition 65, CALOSHA, & SCAQMD. A survey is typically required by a city before pulling any demolition permits or improvement permits, especially if the building has been constructed prior to 1980. Asbestos Sampling is a great tool to be in compliance and to eliminate liability if materials are planned to be disturbed OR any materials in the building are damaged.
LEAD SAMPLING
Lead is regulated under HUD, CALOSHA, & SCAQMD. A survey is typically required by a city before pulling any demolition permits or improvement permits, especially if the building is residential or educational. Lead Sampling is a great tool to be in compliance and to eliminate liability if materials are planned to be disturbed OR any materials in the building are damaged.
MOLD SAMPLING
Microbial growth can be a severe health issue pertaining to indoor air quality and typically required if there has been moisture intrusion in the building. Mold Sampling is a great tool to eliminate liability before any occupancy.
Reports completed within 10-12 working days

Included are the following:
1. Conduct a site visit and survey the building by a licensed environmental scientist
2. Review any documentation of the Site property (if made available)
3. Sampling and state certified laboratory delivery
4. Provide a written report of all information collected of the Site property in compliance with governing agency standards
Once contracted, a detailed scope of work will be outlined that explains all inclusions/exclusions.
IF after sampling, remediation is necessary, then DMG can refer a licensed remediation contractor to abate those materials in compliance with all local, state, and regulatory agencies.
